Job summary

Iconstructors and Developers Inc. is seeking a Project In-Charge Engineer to lead daily project operations from blueprint to completion. You will define objectives, assign tasks, prepare cost estimates, and monitor budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in project supervision, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and technical skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture; licensed preferred
• 3-5 years in project supervision/management; at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and technical skills; ability to handle high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Conducting inspections, surveys, and tests to ensure compliance with design and performance standards
• Monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and providing regular status reports to management
• Enforcing safety procedures, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and project delivery

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture, preferably licensed
