Job summary

The ideal candidate should be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in house construction. Responsibilities include supervising and inspecting projects to ensure compliance with specifications, monitoring progress, and preparing material estimates.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills. Location is at Unit O, 3rd Floor, #9027 Tirona Highway, Brgy. Habay 1, Bacoor City, Cavite.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect; Non-licensed but highly experienced candidates are welcome.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in house construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
