Are you a Licensed Civil Engineer ready to step up into site leadership? We are seeking a results-driven Project-in-Charge to lead our campus infrastructure, renovation, and facilities maintenance projects in Manila.
Project Supervision: Serve as the Project-in-Charge—planning, supervising, and monitoring all campus construction, structural renovation, and facility repair projects to ensure minimal disruption to campus operations.
Site Inspections & Campus Audit: Conduct periodic site visits and technical inspections to evaluate the condition of campus buildings, classrooms, structures, and surrounding facilities.
Cost Estimation & Technical Documentation: Prepare cost estimates, project specs, scope of work, and formal technical reports for university/school administration review.
Plan & Proposal Review: Review architectural plans, CAD drawings, and technical proposals for structural integrity, safety, and functional utility.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as the main liaison between external contractors, suppliers, deans, and administrative heads regarding project timelines and campus safety requirements.
Work Location: Manila Campus (must be willing to work on-site in Manila).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
License: Registered / Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Board Passer).
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in construction site management, project leadership, or campus/facilities maintenance.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant engineering design software.
Core Competencies: Strong site leadership, structural problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
