Job summary

FOOD MACHINERY INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION in Meycauayan, Bulacan seeks a site-based project coordinator to oversee direct site implementation for the assigned project.

You will assist the Project Manager and Sales Department, coordinate with Procurement, Consultants, Sub-contractors and the project team, and monitor construction schedule, budget, quality and safety to ensure on-time delivery and smooth operations. Perform tasks assigned by supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee site implementation and coordination.
• Support Project Manager and Sales Department for project execution.
• Coordinate with Procurement for materials, equipment, and tools.
• Plan reviews and site preparations to ease execution.
• Coordinate with Consultants, Sub-contractors, Project Team and Sales Team.
• Provide clear site direction and monitor milestones, budget, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall direct site implementation to the assigned project.
• Assist and support the Project Manager / Sales Department for complete and smooth project execution.
• Coordination to Procurement in terms of project request materials, equipment, and tools.
• Advance plan reviews and site preparations to smooth project execution.
• Coordination to the Consultants, Sub-contractors, Project Team and Sales Team.
• Provides good project site direction and assures on-track specific milestone target plan completion in terms of the close monitoring and control of the construction schedule, project budget, construction quality, and safe environment.
• Resolving site issues and concerns.
• Assures day-to-day smooth operations within schedule, approved plans and budget, quality standards, and a safe environment.
• Commitment to delivering on-time project completion.
• Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
