About the role

The Project In-Charge is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and management of construction activities at the assigned project site, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, schedules, quality and safety standards, and company policies. The position leads the site team and coordinates manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other resources to achieve project objectives on quality, cost, productivity, and timely completion.
