Job summary

Our client in the Philippines seeks aSite Project Supervisor to direct and organize site activities under the Project Manager. You will ensure activities align with contract obligations, attend coordination meetings, and maintain installations per shop drawings.

Strong communication and problem solving are essential. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil), 2+ years in related fields, and at least 1 year in vertical/horizontal construction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil)
• Must have at least two (2) years working experience in the related field
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in vertical/horizontal construction
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Must have problem solving and decision making skills
• Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, control and implement project activities under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Ensure effective implementation of all site works/activities to meet contract obligations.
• Attend site coordination meetings and inform Project Manager of status and issues.
• Maintain proper installation at site per approved drawings.
• Coordinate between project site and management, including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide project status information.

• Responsible in attending site coordination meetings and assists with determination of project requirements. Keeps the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Responsible in maintaining the proper installation at site in accordance with the approved for construction and shop drawings.
• Accountable in the efficiency of all manpower provided at project site.
• Responsible for the coordination works between project site and project management team which includes additional manpower, materials and equipments.
• Responsible in preparing daily accomplishment report and provide information about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
