Job summary

Metriccon Co., Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site operations and ensure works follow approved plans and specifications.

You will monitor progress and coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule. You will enforce safety rules, prepare regular site reports, monitor manpower and equipment, resolve on-site issues, and attend coordination meetings with clients and management to ensure compliance with company

• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved timeline
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with construction standards
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a safe working environment on-site
• Prepare and submit regular site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and site efficiency
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical concerns
• Ensure proper use and accountability of materials, tools, and equipment
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, permits, and regulatory requirements
