Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services seeks a Project Engineer to direct and implement project activities under the supervision of a Project Manager. You will organize site works, coordinate with the project team, and ensure installations meet approved drawings and contract obligations.

The role requires an engineering degree with 2+ years in related work and at least 1 year in vertical/horizontal construction, plus strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary).
• Must have at least two (2) years working experience in the related field.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in vertical/horizontal construction.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Must have problem solving and decision making skills.
• Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, control and implement project activities under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Ensure effective implementation of all site works to meet contract obligations and attend site coordination meetings.
• Maintain proper installation at site in accordance with construction drawings.
• Account for efficiency of manpower provided at project site.
• Coordinate works between site and project management including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and inform on project status and issues affecting client relations.

1. Responsible for effective implementation of all site works/activities and operations to meet contract obligation.

2. Responsible in attending site coordination meetings and assists with determination of project requirements. Keeps the Project Manager

and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

3. Responsible in maintaining the proper installation at site in accordance with the approved for construction and shop drawings.

4. Accountable in the efficiency of all manpower provided at project site.

5. Responsible for the coordination works between project site and project management team which includes additional manpower, mate-

rials and equipments.
