Job description

• Responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities at the project site.
• The PIC ensures that the project is implemented according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and company standards while maintaining quality and safety compliance
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion of work within the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel regarding project requirements and work schedules.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
• Implement and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure implementation of safety policies and coordinate with the Safety Officer to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports and other required project documentation.
• Address site issues and recommend appropriate solutions to prevent delays and disruptions to project operations.
• Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and consultants regarding project status.
