Job Description

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising assigned engineering and infrastructure projects under One Engineering, including power generation, substations, renewable energy, and industrial facilities. Works closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Oversees site supervision, technical coordination, progress monitoring, issue resolution, and project documentation across all assigned activities. Supports effective project execution through proactive stakeholder coordination and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline; licensed engineer preferred.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure project management.

• Strong background in site supervision, project coordination, contractor management, technical review, and project monitoring.

• Familiarity with engineering standards, construction safety protocols, project documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
