Tekton Strong Builders Corp in Batangas is seeking a full-time Project in charge to oversee end-to-end delivery of construction projects. You will plan, organize, and control project activities, ensuring on-time completion and strict budget adherence.

The role requires Civil Engineering fundamentals, at least 2 years in a similar position, and strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency with project management tools and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project in Charge or similar role in the construction industry.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Can do estimates for Electrical works.
• With AutoCAD Skills is an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

About the role

This is a full-time Project in charge role for Tekton Strong Builders Corp' based in Batangas, Calabarzon. As a Project in charge, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including procurement, site management, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
• Manage and motivate project teams, providing direction, support, and performance feedback
• Identify and mitigate potential issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reporting, and communication
