Tekton Strong Builders Corp in Batangas is seeking a full-time Project in charge to oversee end-to-end delivery of construction projects. You will plan, organize, and control project activities, ensuring on-time completion and strict budget adherence.

The role requires Civil Engineering fundamentals, at least 2 years in a similar position, and strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency with project management tools and AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Project in Charge or similar role in the construction industry.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Can do estimates for Electrical works.
• With AutoCAD Skills is an advantage.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans with timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities including procurement and site management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
• Manage and motivate project teams with direction and feedback.
