Job summary

Samsung C&T Philippines, Corp. is hiring a Project Human Resource Associate on a contract basis in the Philippines. The role will support onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, and update HR databases while ensuring policy compliance and effective employee communications.

The position requires a 4-year degree, construction-industry experience, and at least 2 years in junior to mid-level HR roles in a multinational environment, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Experience from the construction industry.
• Experience from a multinational company in the Philippines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on a junior to mid-level HR, ideally in a mid to large sized organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding & offboarding employees.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Ensures that all company policies/labor standards are properly observed and practiced.
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Assist in facilitating company engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate of any 4-Year Bachelor’s degree course
• Experience from the construction industry
• Experience from a multinational company in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on a junior to mi-level HR, ideally in a mid to large sized organization
• Proficient in Human Resource system
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
