Job summary

RAAU Engineering Services is seeking a Civil Engineer to design, plan, and oversee vertical construction projects, including warehouses, residential homes, and condominiums. The role requires hands-on site assessments, cost estimates, and coordination with architects and project managers.

The candidate should have 4+ years of civil engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and be licensed as an RCE. Relocation flexibility is a plus for project locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).
• Willing to relocate to project sites.

About the role

As a Civil Engineer at RAAU Engineering Services, you will play a crucial role in our company's engineering projects, contributing your expertise to the design, planning, and implementation of various vertical engineering initiatives such as warehouses, residential houses, condominiums and etc.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing engineering plans and specifications for a variety of civil engineering projects

• Conducting site assessments, surveys, cost estimates, documentation and inspections to gather data and identify potential challenges and monitoring

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction personnel

• Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards

• Providing technical support, technical knowledge and professionalism

About you

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a civil engineer on vertical construction like warehouses, residential houses, fit-out works and etc.

• Knowledge of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently with less supervision and as part of a team

• Registered as a Civil Engineer (RCE)

• Able to drive is a plus
