Job summary

Lindenrock Builders, Inc. in Antipolo invites an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department. You will plan, coordinate, review, and implement designs and project deliverables in line with specs, codes, and quality standards.

The role requires a Civil or Structural Engineering degree, a PCAB STE license, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong AutoCAD proficiency. You will mentor staff and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer to sign as STE for PCAB preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant engineering/construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and project documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and related engineering/design software.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Engineering Team.
• Review and approve engineering plans, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Ensure designs comply with project specs, building codes, and applicable standards.
• Review and resolve engineering issues, RFIs, technical queries, and design conflicts.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely submission of drawings and documents.
• Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Assist in evaluating variation orders, technical proposals, and cost implications.
• Ensure coordination between design and site conditions.
• Conduct technical reviews and site inspections when required.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and document controls.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project planning, technical meetings, and client/consultant meetings.
• Provide management with technical recommendations and progress reports.

About the role

About you
