Job summary

RAAU Engineering Services is seeking a Civil Engineer to design, plan, and oversee vertical construction projects, including warehouses, residential homes, and condominiums. The role requires hands-on site assessments, cost estimates, and coordination with architects and project managers.

The candidate should have 4+ years of civil engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and be licensed as an RCE. Relocation flexibility is a plus for project locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience on vertical construction (warehouses, residential, etc).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).
• Willing to relocate to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering plans and specifications for civil projects.
• Conduct site assessments, surveys, cost estimates, documentation and inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and construction personnel.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Provide technical support and professionalism.
