DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work programs
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure all activities align with project objectives and timelines
- Participate in pre-construction planning and site mobilization
2. Technical Oversight
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Ensure construction follows approved plans and standards
- Resolve technical issues that arise during construction
- Provide engineering support to site teams
3. Site Management and Supervision
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality

- Coordinates with other project teams to ensure smooth execution of operation-related activities.
- Participates in meetings, inspections, and operational discussions related to the project.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- License/Certification: PRC License
