Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification in planning/scheduling desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in OPC.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decisions.
• Support Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain baselines, revisions, and as-built records.
• Promote best-practice project controls methodologies.
