Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City, seeks a Project Controls Planner to develop and maintain detailed schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). The role focuses on complex reinforcing steel packages from design through delivery, with projects possibly using OPC, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

You will ensure on‑time delivery and data‑driven decision support for internal and external clients. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction planning, strong scheduling and resource analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure planning.
Experience in schedule development and control.
Knowledge of EVM, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in OPC.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates.
Monitor and report progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decisions.
Support Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and forecasting.
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and clients.
Identify schedule risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.
Maintain baselines, revisions, and as‑built records.
Promote best‑practice project controls methodologies.
