Job Title: Project Planner
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines

Salary: 45,000 – 70,000 PHP per month
Job Summary
The Project Planner supports internal and external projects by developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). The role focuses on reinforcing steel packages and third‑party project planning services across multiple sectors, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery with data‑driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates and adjust schedules.
- Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
- Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision‑making.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as‑built records.
- Promote best‑practice project controls methodologies across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in project planning and controls, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred; Primavera P6 (PPM) experience as a minimum.
- Strong understanding of planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
- Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of rebar, structural steel, or construction supply chain planning desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, or Transport & Rail is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Project Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certification in planning/scheduling (e.g., AACE, PMI‑SP) desirable.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or infrastructure projects.
