MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Planner in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and reporting detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) to support multiple sectors with on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project planning/controls experience in construction or infrastructure, with OPC (or Primavera P6) expertise and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work arrangement and dayshift are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and controls within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred; Primavera P6 (PPM) experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in OPC.
• Coordinate with Project Managers/Engineers for progress updates and schedule adjustments.
• Monitor and report progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses for decision support.
• Support Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain baselines, revisions, and as-built records.
• Promote best-practice project controls methodologies.

Your Role

The Project Planner supports both internal and external projects by developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).

Internal projects primarily focus on the delivery of complex reinforcing steel packages — from design through supply, fabrication, and delivery.

Love Reinforcing also provides third-party project planning services, which may include, but are not limited to, Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, and Transport & Rail projects. These projects may be managed using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6 (PPM), or Microsoft Project (MS Project).

The role ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, providing accurate, data-driven insights to support project decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, and Engineers, to collect progress updates and adjust schedules.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision-making.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as-built records.
• Promote best-practice project controls methodologies across the organisation.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience in project planning and controls, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) preferred; Primavera P6 (PPM) experience as a minimum.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement.
• Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of rebar, structural steel, or construction supply chain planning desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Note: Experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, or Transport & Rail is advantageous but not essential. Relevant experience in any single sector is highly valued.
  
  

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification in planning/scheduling (e.g. AACE, PMI-SP) desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within construction or infrastructure projects.
