Job summary

GMD in Marikina, Philippines seeks a Project Manager to oversee Fabrication and Construction operations. You will forecast project requirements and budgets, enforce safety guidelines, and conduct quality checks.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with specialization in mall or retail construction being advantageous. Responsibilities include leading meetings, managing client relationships, and reviewing project budgets.

• Quality check project output according to plans.
• Set project alignment of schedules through Project Coordinators.
• Facilitate and attend client briefings and meetings.
• Lead General Assembly quarterly.
• Handle after-sales in maintaining client relationships.
• Conduct Pre and Post Project Briefing.
• Review estimates and budget plans submitted by the Cost Estimator.

Education

• Quality check project output according to plans and determine quality specifications.
• Set project alignment of schedules and outlining of duties through Project Coordinators and Department Leads every Friday of the week.
• Facilitate and attend client project/construction briefings and meetings (before and after sales).
• Lead General Assembly quarterly or as necessary.
• Handle after-sales in maintaining client relationships and encourage future sales in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure the achievement of the Sales Target.
• Conduct Pre and Post Project Briefing before and after project execution.
• Review estimates and budget plans submitted by the Cost Estimator for each project.
