Responsabilités

• Monitor turnover and project acceptance activities.
• Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents.
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Implementation and control of punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines.
• Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works.
• Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system.
• Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters.
