Job description

Oversee MEPFS construction activities across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and schedules. He/She directs engineering teams, manages subcontractors, oversees system testing/commissioning, and resolves technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEPFS system installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, sanitary) to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and local Philippine building codes.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with contractors, architects, and structural engineers for proper system integration.
• Ensure all systems are installed according to safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for project owners and senior management.
• Supervise on-site engineers, foreman, and subcontractors to ensure productive workflows.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary) or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEPF design and construction, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
