Mevbuilt Incorporated is seeking a site supervisor with a focus on MEPF works to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality. You will supervise on-site activities, monitor materials and manpower, and coordinate with planning and cost engineers to support accurate estimates and committed costs.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary engineering and at least four years of building construction experience, with hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary engineering.
At least 4 years of building construction experience.
Completed at least one project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Supervise site activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Monitor MEPF works, materials, manpower, and subcontractor progress.
Coordinate with planning and cost engineers to support estimates and committed costs.
Prepare project close-out reports for MEPF works and ensure safety compliance.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the project in terms of site supervision and ensuring that the project is on time, quality and on budget. Monitors all related work activities being implemented on site based on approved work sequence and methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for quantity survey for MEPF works in preparation for committed cost, also responsible for temporary facilities construction.
Coordinate plans to Technical support head to be use for estimate quantities and coordinate to cost engineer to generate committed costs.
Responsible for monitoring materials, manpower and subcon accomplishment, ensure that the project will be on cost, time, safety and quality.
Coordinate to planning engineer to review of plans and construction method for MEPF works.
Responsible for the Project close out report with regards to project execution for MEPF works.
Materials test result monitoring for close out documents.
