All Visual & Light Systems Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to monitor project progress, coordinate site installation activities, and resolve on-site issues. You will lead technical meetings, review scopes and estimates, and ensure timely reporting to clients.

The role requires a degree in electronics/electrical/industrial/CoE/IT or related fields and 1–2 years of construction project experience. Strong MS Office and project management tool proficiency is expected.

About the role

The Project Engineer is responsible for monitoring project progress, coordinating site installation activities, and resolving site issues or technical problems.

Key responsibilities

• Attend internal project kick-off meeting

• Conduct separate technical meeting with Design Team

• Review scope of works, design and initial estimates (labor and materials) before implementing the project

• Monitor and follow up status of materials and equipment

• Submit Progress Report to client and internal team members

• Prepare and submit billing documents - signed progress reports, signed DRs, etc.

• Monitor project expenses - prelims, manhours, materials, etc.

• Conduct internal meetings with other team members to discuss project issues, concerns, etc.

• Monitor and supervise workers / subcon on site

• Conduct UAT, initial testing, troubleshooting and T&C on site

About you

• College graduate of BS Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial, CoE, IT or any engineering and IT/Network related course

• At least 1 to 2 years in construction projects

• Proven work experience as Project Engineer, Project In-charge or similar role on construction projects

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience on construction projects using documentation programs or tools such as Microsoft Project, Aconex, Primavera, Scenario, etc.

• Familiar on project documentations such as Shop drawings, Gantt Chart, As-Builts, estimates, and T&C Reports, O&M, etc.

• Can read and interpret construction plans, CAD drawings, schematics, line diagrams, etc.

• With skills and background on audio visual, electrical, IT or electronics

• With knowledge and background on IT or Network related works

• With knowledge and skills on installation of electrical, IT or electronic equipment
