• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, telecom, or EPC projects preferred.
• Licensed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site execution, inspections, safety enforcement, and issue resolution.
• Monitor timelines, prepare daily reports, anticipate delays, review drawings.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth field ops.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

The Project Engineer oversees daily on-site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project plans, schedules, specs, and safety standards while keeping key stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site execution, conduct quality inspections, enforce safety standards, and resolve compliance or technical issues
• Monitor project timelines, prepare daily accomplishment reports, anticipate delays, and review technical drawings and engineering specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure resource availability and smooth field operations
• Coordinate across project managers, contractors, suppliers, and field teams to communicate updates and resolve operational issues promptly
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Technical or engineering background, or equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience
• Knowledge of field operations, quality monitoring, schedule tracking, and safety procedures
• Knowledge of technical drawings, engineering documentation, field coordination, and engineering standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preferably with experience in construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, or EPC-related projects
• Licensed Engineer
