Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure achievement of sales performance for assigned projects.
• Monitor project development and landscape performance including production and land development activities.
• Monitor and ensure positive LNC Scorecard results.
• Oversee project financials from DP to takeout, including costs.
• Deliver projects within the approved Business Plan.
• Improve reporting, monitoring, and management of groups under BU1.
• Develop and implement an end-to-end project monitoring methodology.
• Maintain healthy annual cash flow.

About the role

The Project Director is responsible for leading and managing assigned projects to ensure successful delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role oversees project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination across stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. The Project Director drives project performance, manages risks, and supports continuous improvement to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the achievement of sales performance for assigned projects
• Monitor and manage project development and landscape performance, including production, NOC and COA, land development activities, and landscape activities
• Monitor and ensure consistently positive LNC Scorecard results
• Monitor and manage project financials from DP to takeout, including direct and indirect costs
• Ensure the achievement of plans and programs across all groups under BU1
• Continuously improve the reporting, monitoring, and management of groups under BU1
• Deliver projects within the approved Business Plan
• Monitor budget utilization to support the achievement of plans and programs
• Develop and implement an end-to-end project monitoring methodology for all projects under SBU1
• Maintain healthy annual cash flow

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 10 or more years of experience in real estate business development or related industry
• Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 365)
