Rise Associates Asia Limited seeks a Project Director to lead a major data centre project in Singapore. The role requires steering delivery schedules, budgets, and vendor management while maintaining high technical standards.

The incumbent will act as the senior liaison to hyperscale and enterprise clients, drive commercial strategy for tenders, and ensure rigorous QA/QC and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years of total construction leadership, with proven experience directing data centre or mission-critical facility projects.
• Exceptional client-facing, communication, and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery schedules, critical success factors, contract administration, and protocols across multiple data centre developments.
• Drive commercial strategy for tenders, oversee budget forecasting, direct value engineering, and manage contractor/supplier negotiations to ensure target profitability and cost control.
• Serve as the primary senior liaison for hyperscale/enterprise clients, build high-trust relationships, gather satisfaction feedback, and maintain clear, tactful communication across all project channels.
• Direct general contractors, MEP specialists, and suppliers; lead contract negotiations and high-performance vendor management.
• Enforce strict compliance with internal QA/QC systems, conduct regular project audits, and uphold high technical standards for critical infrastructure.
• Establish proactive risk mitigation frameworks, ensure strict regulatory and environmental compliance, and manage sensitive project data with discretion.
