Qualifications:

• A licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• Has at least 15 years of solid experience in Project Management encompassing Budget Management, Contract and Contractors Management and Project Implementation Management.
• Proficiency in Windows Office application and AutoCAD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the COO
• Works closely with the Management Team for direction of the different projects and to ensure alignment to the company’s mission and vision.
• Provides strategic leadership and management in the planning and execution of all projects.
• Oversee project planning, implementation and control.
• Take a lead in budget development and project completion progress.
• Lead, mentor and train the different Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning and Construction Management Teams in managing the daily development and completion progress of assigned projects.
• Leads plan reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure that project management processes and procedures are observed by the different Construction Management teams.
