You will report to the COO and oversee budgets, contract and contractor management, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with at least 15 years of project management experience, strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• At least 15 years of solid experience in project management, including budget and contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project planning, cost control, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring compliance with plans, budgets, timelines, and procedures.
• Lead project budgeting, cost management, and progress monitoring to optimize resources.
• Manage Quantity Surveying, Technical Planning, and Construction Management teams for effective delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and contractor management through project implementation.
• Lead project plan reviews and value engineering to improve cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with COO and Management to align strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure construction management teams follow project standards, processes, and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technical and construction teams.
