Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 15 years in Project Management including budget, contracts, and PM for construction.
• Proficient in Windows Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data and budget analysis.

• Up-to-date with industry practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the COO.
• Collaborates with Management Team to align projects with mission and vision.
• Provides strategic leadership in planning and execution of all projects.
• Oversee project planning, implementation and control.
• Lead budget development and monitor progress.
• Lead and mentor Quantity Surveying and Construction Management teams.
• Lead plan reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure PM processes are observed by Construction Management teams.
