Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Project Development.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and competitor scans.
• Assists in preparing a business plan involving land acquisition, conceptualization, and implementation.
• Prepares financial projections, price lists, and payment term studies and recommends sales strategies such as promos, incentives, and payment schemes.
• Coordinates with marketing in the preparation of materials and assists during sales and marketing activities.
• Provides support to other departments about PD-related matters.
• Monitors and prepares PD and sales reports.
• Gathers and relays relevant sales/customer feedback.
• Monitors construction progress, ensuring that these are on schedule and within budget.

• Basic knowledge of the project development role including systems and procedures.
• Assists in preparing a business plan which can involve activities from land acquisition, conceptualization, and implementation.
• Prepares financial projections, price lists, and payment term studies and recommends sales strategies such as promos, incentives, and payment schemes.
• Coordinates with marketing in the preparation of materials and assists during sales and marketing activities.
• Provides support to other departments about PD-related matters.
• Monitors and prepares PD and sales reports.
• Gathers and relays relevant sales/customer feedback.
• Assists in activities which may be assigned from time to time.
• Prepares requirements and coordinates with the legal department regarding permits.
• Monitors construction progress, ensuring that these are on schedule and within budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
