Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Assistant in Makati.

You will support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties for residential developments, & help analyze opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing feasibility studies and maintaining the property and raw land offers database, ensuring data is up-to-date and aligned with policy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or related business course.
• At least 1 year of work experience in real estate, preferably in BD, Project Development, Permits/Externals, or Market Research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledge of real estate policies and standard practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
