Job summary

KFC Philippines seeks a Store Development PMO to oversee end-to-end store development, from site evaluation through opening, ensuring timelines and expansion targets are met.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in related roles, and are willing to work full-time on-site in Roces, Quezon City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, PMO, or business planning.
• Experience in QSR, retail, real estate development, or multi-site expansion is advantageous.
• Experience working with senior management and managing cross-functional projects.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical uses in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Willing to work full time on-site in Roces, Quezon City.

Oversee the end-to-end store development pipeline, from site evaluation and approval to store opening, ensuring projects meet committed timelines and business expansion targets. The role involves cross-functional coordination, project monitoring, performance reporting, business analysis, and strategic planning in support of the Chief Development Officer (CDO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor store development projects, milestones, timelines, and opening targets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address project issues and prevent delays.

• Track project performance against expansion targets and prepare management reports and dashboards.

• Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Support business planning, expansion forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

• Handle special projects and other assignments from the Chief Development Officer.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Project Management: Strong planning, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps, and provide practical recommendations.

• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in project management, business development, PMO, or business planning.

• Experience in QSR, retail, real estate development, or multi-site expansion is an advantage.

• Experience working directly with senior management and handling cross-functional projects is preferred.

• Strong background in business analysis, performance reporting, and management presentations.

• Preferably with working knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in data analysis, reporting, presentations, and process improvement.

• Willing to work full time on-site in Roces, Quezon City.
