Job Description

The Project Development (PD) Associate ensures that operational activities about the Project Development Process (launch, construction, delivery, and turnover) are properly executed by the Project Team. The PD Associate will provide reliable support to the Project Development Officer and Project Development Manager, ensuring seamless execution of activities from project conceptualization to post-launch.

Functional Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the land acquisition/deal-making stage of the project development process and prepares project brief components with guidance.


• Participates in developing feasibility studies and prepares and updates financial runs with guidance for evaluation of project profitability/financial feasibility.


• Oversees property management operations.


• Assists in project monitoring (i.e., costs, budgets, disbursements, etc.)


• Conducts research work such as but not limited to competition scanning.


• Assists in securing permits – taking care of legal documents.


• Assists in organizing presentations and negotiations.


• Leads and monitors administrative functions such as SAP-related transactions.
