Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an entry-level Project Data Analytics professional in Cavite City, Philippines. You will transform business data into insights to support operational and strategic decisions, collect and analyze data from multiple sources, and develop dashboards for stakeholders.

You will perform data cleansing and governance to ensure accuracy and reliability, and contribute to digital transformation using Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

• Experience with BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Visio.

• Serve as a Project data analytics responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop ad‑hoc requests, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clear and meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and governance activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by utilizing technical solutions such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Work independently with general supervision while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Experience or background in BI reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel).
• Experience or background in using database querying languages such as SQL, programming, MS SQL Server, Alteryx, etc.
• Knowledge of Canva, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Visio.
