Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a BI Tools and Analytics lead to join the Global Continous Improvement & Performance Management team. You will support regional teams, develop dashboards, test tools, and ensure data accuracy across deployments.

With a minimum of five years in project/service environments, you will drive digital initiatives, collaborate across cultures, and lead with agility to transform services operations worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • English language mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in project and service environments (EPC/Engineering, and/or services operations).
  • Process improvement, value chain analysis, tools development.

Responsibilities

  • Support Services Tools leader and regional teams to enhance dashboards.
  • Develop, test, and deploy BI tools and dashboards with global teams.
  • Validate backlog and ensure data accuracy before production releases.
  • Train regional users and contribute to global BI tools adoption and community.
  • Coordinate deployment plans with regional teams and ensure project backlog progress.

Job description

Mission:

Role being part of the Global Continous Improvement & Performance Management Team of SO (Service Operations)

Scope & Environment:

Global Continous Improvement & Performance Management scope

Key responsibilities / activities
  • Services LoB Tools
  • Support Services LoB and Services Tools leader in terms of Services Tools development & testing
  • Support tools deployment plans with the Regional SO Teams and Services Tools leader
  • Support deployment plans with the Regional SO Teams and Services Tools leader.
  • Services BI Tools / SO Dashboards
  • Support global development, testing and deployment of services BI tools & dashboards, in collaboration with the SO Tools leader.
  • Portfolio of existing BI tools / dashboard include: Master Planning Tool, Utilization Rate, Working Hours Summary, Tendering dashboard, Services Performance dashboard, Gross Marging dasboard (comming soon), S&OP Dashboard, FSR / Planner deviation, Service Partner, Finance BI, Heat map dashbaord, Services Backlog Intelligence.
Development.

Support Services Tools leader and SO regional teams to enhance or develop new existing dashboards. Support the follow-up of the development plan and roadmap, priorities and expected deliverables, and associate with resources to mobilize from Cavite's side. Leverage Cavite's Analytics team, participate in the regular cadence with Cavite's Analytics team to validate sprints, confirm progress and review as needed in a DEV environment.

Testing.
  • Validate backlog story by testing in DEV and providing feedback as required to DEV team. Approve the DEV environment for push to production prior to each release.
  • Generate and export bFO / bFS / Other tools reports to work in Excel on calculations to check the data accuracy of the dashbaords and tools.
  • Challenge dashboard results and find inconsistencies in DEV environment before the end user finds them in production environment.
  • Report and follow-up the findings and the tests results with the development teams.
  • Follow-up of the projects backlog of requirements and issues to resolve.
Deployment.

Train region/zone/country users as required. Generate training content to be used by the regions on the training of the users of the countries. Contribute to the animation of the associated service BI tools community. Monitor global deployment, including adoption, compliance of usage

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree of any related course

Language requirement: English mandatory. Additional languages are a plus

Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in project and service environments: EPC or Engineering, and/or execution in equipment or projects, and/or services operations.
  • Process improvement, value chain analysis, tools development
  • "Selling/executing customer projects&services in an international environment. Having faced difficult /complex operational challenges, and having mobilised a team to overcome a critical situation"

  • Strong data skills (Excel, reporting, SQL).
  • Strong team builder/team developer of multi cultural teams in complex environment and to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity

  • Transformational leadership. Strong change management abilities to define vision, direction to take, structure and support to put in place to execute organisational transformations
  • Lead with Agility being a role model facing stressful issues while performing in handling wide range of situations in parallel
