Job summary

Booth and Partners is seeking a Job Cost Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple real estate projects in the Makati area. You will maintain internal controls, track project-level financials, and deliver regular reporting on property performance.

The role involves processing invoices and loan draws, researching vendor records, and supporting the Job Cost Manager with controls, procedures, and month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of construction or real estate accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and filing for projects and loans.
• Vendor statement research and payment history tracking.
• Data entry, reconciliation, and financial tracking per standard practices.
• Process change orders for vendors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Support Job Cost Manager with procedures, controls and reporting.
• Complete month-end close, bank reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Prepare budget variance reports and year-to-date comparisons.
• Resolve routine operational issues and manage special projects.
