Job summary

Booth is seeking a Job Cost Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial management across ongoing real estate projects. You will maintain internal controls, track property-level financials, and deliver regular reporting.

The role requires a degree in accounting or related field and 2+ years in construction or real estate accounting, with Sage 300 CRE, GCPay, or Procore experience. Strong detail orientation and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in construction or real estate accounting/financial management; Sage 300 CRE/Timberline, GCPay, or Procore preferred.
• Detail-oriented with proactive mindset; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Code, route, sort, and file invoices and loan draw packets.
• Research vendor statements and historical payments.
• Enter data, track finances, and reconcile using standard accounting practices.
• Process and track change orders for vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Assist Job Cost Manager with procedures, controls, and reporting.
