Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance/Business Administration) required
• CPA is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and operational expenses
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial reports
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Monitor project budgets versus actual expenses
• Track project billing, progress billings, and contractor payments
• Prepare bank reconciliations and expense liquidation reports
• Maintain petty cash and reimbursement monitoring
• Assist in financial forecasting and projections
