You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and facilitate effective communication across projects. The role emphasizes organization, scheduling, and collaboration to meet goals on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with IT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the forward progression of client engagements across multiple projects.
• Assist in monitoring timesheets and project budgets.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates across stages.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Finance for budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, resourcing, and communication.
