Job summary

Argano is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile development teams, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will drive planning, execution, and closing of projects while collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.

The role requires deep knowledge of Scrum, strong communication, and proven experience managing complex software projects across cross-functional teams. APM-like responsibilities and reporting to leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, IT).
• MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Define scope, create a detailed plan with timelines and resources.
• Maintain a Budget Tracker and burn sheet to control spend.
• Assemble teams, assign tasks, and foster collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication and status updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with QC processes.
• Present project status to senior management and stakeholders.
