Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring and controlling project performance across schedule, progress, cost, risk, and reporting. The role collaborates with engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, and other teams to consolidate data and enable timely management decisions.

You will help maintain project controls processes, trackers, and reporting standards, while identifying issues, risks, and potential delays for mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, coordination, planning or PMO.
• Experience in large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience in PMO or project controls environment is desirable.
• Solid understanding of controls principles and scheduling, reporting, risk monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor performance against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with discipline teams for timely submission of data.
• Prepare PMO reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Identify schedule risks and support recovery actions and mitigation plans.
• Maintain project controls documents and ensure data accuracy for reports.
• Support PMO coordination across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commercial.
