Job summary

Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring schedule, cost, risk, and reporting across multiple projects.

You will consolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors to enable timely management decisions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in project controls or PMO functions, with experience in large-scale projects and familiarity with Primavera P6, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, coordination, planning, scheduling, PMO functions.
• Experience in large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, hydropower, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Experience in PMO or Project Controls environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of project controls principles and project execution processes.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, risk, and project performance monitoring.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information from various teams and contractors.
• Maintain project controls trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Coordinate with discipline teams to ensure timely submission of controls data and updates.
• Follow up on information, deliverables, and actions for PMO reporting.
• Support PMO in maintaining consistent controls processes and reporting standards.
