Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Cost Control Analyst to support financial and operational monitoring of construction projects. You will track costs, budgets, billings, and cash flow to keep projects within approved limits and maintain accurate records.

You will collaborate with project managers, site teams, contractors, suppliers, procurement, and finance to provide timely insights and support informed decisions. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project accounting or cost control.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting.
• Experience reviewing contractor, subcontractor, and supplier billings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

• Track actual costs and identify variances or overruns.
