• Oversee contractor invoicing, material orders, and project documentation.
• Process invoicing and coordinate with clients.
• Lead project-related meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain the project timeline tracker and current status updates.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including vehicle tracking and inventory control.
• Organize kick-off meetings and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Communicate effectively to manage expectations among parties.

Job description

Project Control Manager is accountable for the supervision and administration of project control activities in collaboration with commercial and contracts, technical services, engineering and design, and the project management team on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all contractors along with their invoices, material orders for the finalization and organization of current projects and completed projects, and related documents, such as insurance, billing statements, invoices of amounts, and project validations.
• Process invoicing and coordination with client.
• Engage in project-related meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage project timeline tracker for every update and current project status.
• Track project activities and gather updates from contractors, engineering, site acquisition, and management groups.
• Maintain updated project documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor all administrative tasks associated with the project, including vehicle tracking, expense reporting, and inventory control.
• Organize kick-off meetings.
• Process client-related billing.
• Facilitate effective communication, manage expectations, and ensure that all parties are aligned towards project goals.
