Job Summary

The Project Control and Services Lead is responsible for integrating the various needs of Project Pillars and supporting workstreams by providing project control and services through schedule, cost, information, administration, and assurances. The role serves as the ultimate integrator to gather, report, and analyze information that serves as the basis for decisions and subsequent actions to keep the project under control such that it meets project objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Licenses & Certifications: Holding a Planning and Schedule Industry Certification or Accreditation is considered a significant advantage.

• Work Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional leadership and project delivery experience and a background of at least 8 years in these areas is highly desirable.

• Project Controls: Expertise in Project Control and Assurance.

• Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in Planning Software, Schedule Reporting, and Forecasting.

• Risk & Quality: * Comprehensive Risk Management.

• Communication: Strong Stakeholder Management skills.

Statement of Duties

Project Controls & Process Integration

• Set up and embed Integrated Activity Planning, Cost Control, Document Control, and Assurance processes, including Risk and Stakeholder Management.

• Implement the Brownfield Project Delivery Process and Assurance Plan tailored to the specific Project Context.

• Manage planning and scheduling activities, including schedule updates, progress validation, and reporting deviations with recovery recommendations.

• Oversee Cost Control and Estimating services, including validation of vendor/internal inputs and establishing budget structures.

• Prepare and validate the Annual Project Budget in accordance with the Business Planning cycle.

Information & Risk Management

• Implement a robust Information Management system (DMS) to ensure the efficient flow and storage of project data.

• Align IT tools and processes with specific project requirements.

• Act as the Focal Point for the Risk Register, ensuring regular updates of unmitigated and mitigated risks.

• Serve as the Custodian for Project Management of Change (MOC), Lessons Learned databases, and Project Close-out reports.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Execute all project reporting requirements, including monthly dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the Compliance Team to ensure government permits and consents are secured on time.

• Support other departments by cascading or adopting inter-departmental initiatives and programs.

Human Resources & Administration

• Manage the Project Manpower Resourcing plan, liaising with HR and HSE teams to ensure compliant onboarding and offboarding.

• Supervise project office infrastructure and provide essential administrative support.

• Deliver leadership-level support across administrative and HR functions.

Compliance & Standards

• Adhere to ISO Standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001) and OHSAS 18001 regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Information Security.

• Report all incidents or potential security risks to relevant committees.

• Protect information assets from unauthorized access, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Work Location: Site Based - GNPD/GMEC Site; from time to time to report to HO (Makati or Pasig)
