Linkage Web Development is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer based in or near Angeles City, Pampanga, to assess an existing two-story office building and propose reinforcement solutions. The engineer will perform on-site inspections, prepare calculations and design plans, and coordinate with management for project deliverables and timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience with retrofitting and renovations of commercial or office buildings and can provide a portfolio or references.

Formación

• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• Experience in structural assessment and retrofit/renovation of existing buildings.
• Experience with commercial or office buildings is a plus.
• Able to provide portfolio or references for previous work.
• Based in or able to service Angeles City, Pampanga.
• Available for initial meeting and on-site inspection.

Project Overview

We are looking for a qualified Structural Engineer based in or near Angeles City, Pampanga, to assess an existing two-story office building and provide recommendations for the necessary structural reinforcement.

The selected engineer will coordinate with our management team, conduct an on-site assessment, explain the proposed structural solutions, and provide a quotation for the required engineering services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with relevant structural engineering experience.
