Job summary

Linkage Web Development is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer based in or near Angeles City, Pampanga, to assess an existing two-story office building and propose reinforcement solutions. The engineer will perform on-site inspections, prepare calculations and design plans, and coordinate with management for project deliverables and timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience with retrofitting and renovations of commercial or office buildings and can provide a portfolio or references.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
Experience in structural assessment and retrofit/renovation of existing buildings.
Experience with commercial or office buildings is a plus.
Able to provide portfolio or references for previous work.
Based in or able to service Angeles City, Pampanga.
Available for initial meeting and on-site inspection.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site structural assessment of a two-story office building.
Evaluate current structural condition and identify reinforcement needs.
Recommend structural reinforcement solutions based on assessment.
Provide structural calculations, design plans, technical specifications, or other deliverables as required.
Prepare a quotation for the proposed engineering services and estimated timeline.
Coordinate with management regarding project requirements and technical recommendations.
